A booking request is not confirmed until Mr T Travels & Tours confirms it. Passengers must provide accurate contact details, travel dates, pickup points and destinations. Departure arrangements should be confirmed before travel.

Displayed fares should be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional services or agreed changes may affect the final price. Verify payment instructions directly with the business and retain proof of payment.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must arrive at the agreed pickup point on time, follow reasonable driver safety instructions, comply with applicable border and immigration requirements, and carry valid travel documents where required. Special luggage or accessibility requirements should be communicated in advance.

4. Changes and Cancellations
